What we do

We offer select, high-demand services that can be priced clearly and scheduled quickly. We manage the job from intake to completion, including documentation.

  • Drywall patching, interior paint touch-ups
  • Doors, trim, hardware, small repairs
We focus on repeatable services. If it requires permits, structural work, gas lines, or major electrical — we don’t do it.
